We would like to officially welcome Michael Musicka to the Launceston Football Club.
Michael was runner-up in the 2012 Tassie Medal for South Launceston, before moving to Melbourne to better his chances for the AFL Draft. He was extremely unlucky to miss out and this season has been plying his trade for Maribyrnong Park in the Essendon District Football League, playing alongside several ex-AFL stars.
He returns home to Tasmania for work and family reasons and we are thrilled to have him down at Windsor Park.
We are also excited to welcome back Nathan O”Donoghue to the club. Nathan is a 3 time premiership player for the Blues and has so far racked up 129 games for Launceston.
We wish both Michael and Nathan all the best for the remainder of the season and for the years ahead!
This weekend we take on the Western Storm – Sunday at Windsor Park – 1pm, so make sure you get down there to support the Blues.
