The Launceston Football Club would like to thank our departing senior coach Mitch Thorp.

Mitch started with the club back in 2018 as a player and took over the reigns as coach in 2019.

So many highlights including the Threepeat, AFL draftees, and 2020 when LFC won all four Premierships: U18’s, Development League, TSLW and TSL!

When asked to reflect on his memorable moments, 2020 rated a mention “I don’t think winning all four will ever happen again and that stands out,” Mitch said.
Certainly, one to go down in the record books!

Mitch’s playing and coaching stats speak for themselves, and he will surely be held in high regard into the future.

Thank you also to Kyla, Jaga and Pax, you are all valued members of the LFC Family.

We started our Tasmanian State League journey against Glenorchy back in 2009, so it was an ideal way to see it out.

This was also Mitch Thorp’s last game as coach, what a ride it’s been. 🏆🏆🏆
